South Beach Diet Recipes - Two Great Meals For You!

The South Beach diet is all the rage now days. The key to staying on the program is having a variety of foods to eat that are nutritious and delicious. Also you must have commitment and discipline to make it work for you. We are going to give you some South beach diet recipes that can help you stay on track. There are two recipes that taste great and are healthy for you.

Breakfast - You can make the low carbohydrate pancakes. You will mix 2 eggs, 1 cup almond flour, ¼ cup of water, 2 tablespoons on oil, ¼ teaspoon salt, and 1 tablespoon sweetener. Mix them up and put them in the pan.

Dinner- We are going to go over a grilled meat dish that is super delicious. Here is what you will need: 1 pound beef tenderloin, ½ tablespoon minced garlic, 2 tablespoons minced shallots, ½ tablespoon fresh rosemary minced, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon orange zest, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and ½ cup pearl (small) onions. First you will take the salt, pepper, rosemary, zest, garlic and mix it together. Rub the olive oil on the meat then put the spices on the meat. Throw the meat on the barbeque. I like to put the shallots and onions on the grill as well, but some people like to saute them in a pan.

These are just two South Beach Diet recipes that are on the diet as well as quite good. By finding variety like this you will be able to stick to the diet and long term lose more weight.
